My niece Catherine and I have been absolutely awed by you, your classes, and the whole live food experience. We can hardly contain our excitement! Where to begin– we have learned so much in such a short time and already feel healthier and more energized. Your recipes are amazing and so delicious, they’re off the charts. Who knew! No one could have prepared our senses for the creamy mango/papya sorbet we prepared in class. Rawsome!!!! And this is only the beginning. We are so lucky to have found someone with such a wealth of knowledge to guide us on our raw journey. Thank you Adam.

The Viva Italia dinner was superb! And what a bargain… for $35 we got the most amazing 4 course (maybe 5) dinner, step-by-step instructions on how to do it our self and great back ground info on all the food and ingredients, how it helps our body, where they come from and so much more! Thanks so much Adam! I wish I could make the Aug. 1st class but the mountains are calling my name, looking forward to any more that you have.

I thoroughly enjoyed our Italian Feast last Saturday. Thank you for opening my eyes to the possibilities of raw foods and “un-cooking”. Since I have had to become gluten free in the last 1-1/2 years I have sometimes missed some of my favorite foods, but the Sundried Tomato Marinara and Zucchini “Spaghetti” was outstanding. Thanks again!
